At Iknos Clinic, we understand the importance of physical well-being and movement, and that’s why we want you to experience it in a personalized and effective way. Our service is tailored to each level, always adapting to each individual’s conditions and goals. Whether you’re an athlete or not, there’s a customized routine for your personal progress.
We conduct training sessions individually, with a partner, or you can join a small group.
During the first visit, before starting the training program, we conduct a postural assessment and analysis using the Moti Physio tool. This tool combines advanced technology and an artificial intelligence system to analyze, evaluate, and optimize movement patterns. It allows us to detect biomechanical alterations, assess gait, posture, and balance, and customize rehabilitation or training treatments. It helps us boost performance in training sessions and reduce the risk of injury.
